Angel comics - 14-Day Return Policy

At Angel Comics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.

  1. Eligibility Window:

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. The date of receipt is determined by the delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier.

  1. Condition of Returned Items:

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, including tags, boxes, and dust bags, must be intact and returned with the item(s).
  • Undamaged: Items must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  1. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [[email protected]] within the 14-day eligibility window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as they may not be processed.
  1. Shipping Returns:
  • Return Shipping Costs: Store Pays for Defective/Incorrect Items, Customer Pays Otherwise

 We will provide a pre-paid return label for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect item. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered by customer), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Packaging: Please pack your item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping Address: Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA number.
  1. Refunds:
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected by our team (typically within 5-7 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment  within 3-5 Days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  1. Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
